With the project being completed in April 2019, Vibe Hotel successfully opened their new hotel to much fanfare. Located in heart of the vibrant Melbourne CBD the project included a new 24-storey glass façade providing fantastic views for hotel occupants. A review of the façade performance reveals excessive noise issues for hotel occupants which needs to be addressed. Reclad Australia has been engaged to develop a unique solution by providing an internal glazed solution to the existing façade, which will maintain the iconic views, not reduce internal floor space and drastically improve acoustic performance and comfort for occupants.
